Dreamcake

Ingredients

250 g flour, 50 g margarine/butter, 300 g white sugar, 3 eggs, 3 tsk baking powder, 1 tsk vanilla sugar, 2 dl milk.

“Filling”

125 g margarine/butter, 100 g desiccated coconut, 250 g soft brown sugar, ½ dl milk – melt in pot.

 

Whip eggs and sugar over boiling water to make the sugar dissolve properly. Sift baking powder and vanilla sugar into flour and gently blend with whipped eggs and sugar.

Varm up milk an butter till it melts and gently put into whipped mass. Stirr and pour into roasting pan.

Place roasting pan in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 min. The oven must have the correct temperatur at the beginning. Once the cake is baked, place filling on top and put the cake into the oven again for about 5 min.
