Carrot buns

Ingredienser

5½ dl lukewarm water

50 g yeast

½ tsp salt

2 spsk olie

250 g coarsely grated carrots

1½ dl sunflower seeds

Roughly 1 kg flour

1 Egg

Mix ingredients and knead the dough until it is smooth. Set aside in a warm place for 1 hour covered by a tea towel. Then divide dough into about 12-16 pieces, roll each piece into a bun and place onto a baking plate. Once again let it rest for 20 minutes.  Whisk an egg and brush top of  buns with it. Bake buns for about 20 minutes at 210 degrees C in a preheated oven.
